Directions

Take 2 soft gels up to twice daily with at least 8-12 ounces of water. Space dosing at least 6 hour apart. Do not stack Tight Hardcore with other products containing Ephedra, Yohimbine, Caffeine and/or Phenylproplalamine. Store in a cool dry place. Do not exceed 4 soft gels per 24 hour period.
